Fuser temperature fault at startup
Ricoh SC552 usually indicates a fuser heating fault during startup or warm-up: the temperature does not develop as expected. It is related to SC542 and typically concerns the fuser assembly.
What does this error mean?
Fuser error codes SC541-SC559 cover faults during warm-up, temperature regulation or overheating. The exact cause can vary by model, but the affected subsystem is almost always the fuser.
What can you safely try?
