Email meter readings: the printer sends its own report
Not every printer sits on a network where an agent can be installed. In those cases, its built-in reporting does the work: the printer emails scheduled meter readings, and PrinterMS identifies it and assigns the readings to the right contract. Duplicates are filtered out and suspicious values are flagged. Together with the DCA agent, this covers your entire fleet without manual readings.
