Which printers can PrinterMS Monitor read accurate meter values from? This list only includes models we have checked on real printers: we compared the value read over the network with a reading recorded by a technician from the display, or sent by the printer by email.

- On at least two printers with the same firmware, the network reading matched the independent reading three times in a row. If a reading differs even once, the model is removed from the list until it is verified again.

Can’t find your model?
Almost every network printer provides a total meter reading, which we can read even without this list. Separate black-and-white and color readings require manufacturer-specific data. Run the check on your network to see what is available from each printer:

If data is missing from a printer, you can request support for it with one click in the application. A definition update usually supplies the missing data, without having to install a new agent.
