Konica Minolta C2152 error code
Transfer belt pressure fault
Konica Minolta C2152 usually indicates a fault in the transfer belt pressure mechanism: feedback that the belt has engaged or disengaged is missing or invalid. It is related to C2151 and concerns the image transfer assembly.
What does this error mean?
The transfer belt carries the assembled image towards the paper. If its movement fails, the printer stops to protect print quality and the assembly. Wear in the belt assembly can also cause this over time.
What can you safely try?
- 01Switch the printer off at the main power switch, wait at least 10 minutes for the fuser to cool down, then switch it back on. Many error codes are temporary and disappear after a full power cycle.
When should you call a technician?
If the fault recurs, call a technician: the transfer belt assembly may need checking or replacement.
Do you rent out or manage printers?
If you manage the printer at a customer’s site, you can record the fault on site in PrinterMS using QR issue reporting, and any parts used are automatically added to its service history. See printer fleet management.
