PrinterMS or KPAX: where does collection end and invoicing begin?

KPAX focuses on collection across many brands and models. Its small Liberty appliance can be connected within minutes on a tightly firewalled customer network. That is a real strength. The next stage is separate: KPAX exports the collected meter data and leaves billing, contracts and fee calculation to an external system. For the complete business workflow, it needs an ERP alongside it, with two implementations, fees and support arrangements.

KPAX has a different scope and does not handle those tasks.
